CSME is the only US based ITIL Examination Institute

CSME became an official ITIL Examination Agent in 2002. Having been an Agent of both ISEB and EXIN, and being the only agent to do so, CSME has a very unique perspective of the ITIL Examination and Certification process.

CSME has been providing the highest level of ITIL Certification Services to the US for the past seven years. And on March 2, 2009 we advanced that level of service by becoming a fully accredited ITIL Examination Institute. There are only eight in the entire world, and CSME is the only one of those eight based in the US, serving the US and the Americas. CSME is the best solution for your ITIL Certification needs.

In March of 2009 CSME became a fully accredited and official ITIL Examination Institute (EI). CSME is now the only EI that is based in the US to serve US based ATO’s and all US companies throughout the Americas and the Globe.

General Purpose

CSME is dedicated to advancing IT Professionalism in the US and he Americas. This is pursued through the effective application of IT Professional Certifications or ITIL and other ITSM related examination and certification practices.

Specific Purpose

¨ To promote and support the creation of the IT Professional in the US and the Americas. CSME will pursue this goal through its work on supporting the ITSM Community in these markets, and by working diligently to establish a formal Professional Development program including Continuing Education for IT Professionals.

¨ To contribute to the quality and scope of ITSM and ITIL with the US and the Americas. To do this CSME is continually working to enhance the quality of our processes and services. Our focus has and always has been to provide the highest quality examination experience for our customers students.

¨ To promote and maintain the highest degree of integrity and consistency in the examination delivery, taking, grading and reporting process. The development of a professional body has to be done with processes that are beyond question, reproach and doubt. CSME operates with this guiding principle at all times.
